Team BEAST announced today that starting Fall 2021, BEAST ACADEMY, a comprehensive training program for post-graduate and gap-year baseball players, will enroll its first class.

BEAST ACADEMY is a fully integrated, year-round program for players looking to accelerate their growth and potential before entering a collegiate or professional program.  Led by Craig Everett, former NCAA head coach with over 20 years of collegiate coaching experience, BEAST ACADEMY combines elite level baseball instruction, strength & conditioning, health & nutrition coaching, game mentality development and college advisory services into one comprehensive program.  BEAST ACADEMY competes in game play against regional junior colleges and academies.  Daily schedules allow for coordination with online or part-time student course attendance.

“We’ve seen a growing interest in post-graduate programs over the past few years, but the changing college recruitment landscape due to the past year’s pandemic has really accelerated demand” says Pete Kritikos, Head of Baseball Operations for Team BEAST.  “Up until now the really only option was for players to relocate to the south for this level of training, so we are thrilled to be able to offer an alternative closer to home for players throughout the northeast.”  Kritikos adds, “Having Craig Everett at the helm, bringing his level of collegiate coaching experience and connections to the program, will be a game changer in the post-grad space.”
