Team BEAST recently completed their early Spring Training trip in St. Petersburg, Florida.  All New York based high school players had the opportunity to attend the 4-day intensive training session held at Baseball City's facilities.  BEAST's Head of Baseball Operations, Pete Kritikos, ran the training along with BEAST Florida guest coaches and trainers, as well as local college coaches who were in attendance.  The full day sessions included positional work, strength and conditioning, and live scrimmages each day.  Players got a tremendous amount of reps and game action with nearly 30 hours of baseball in just 4 days.  Thank you to our BEAST Florida staff for sharing their knowledge and working the boys hard each day and Baseball City for the amazing fields and facility that were a welcome escape from the Northeast winter weather!
