The Command Center is a comprehensive arm-care program for both pitchers and position players that blends velocity instruction with mechanical tuning in order to allow athletes to compete at their highest level.

Athletes are placed in an environment where competition and learning are paramount to their growth as throwers. We utilize advanced technology such as Rapsodo, video, and a professional coaching staff to create a positive atmosphere for our athletes to build their skills.

All new session just added for 12U players!

Players attend 2x a week - Tuesdays and Fridays 6:00pm-7:00pm

Session strictly limited to 12 participants.
